Just Eat: Menu Publish

Not all countries currently support pushing menus from Deliverect. Contact your Deliverect account manager or our support team for details.

There are a few things to be aware of before publishing your menu to Just Eat:

  • Product names need to be unique (e.g. if you have "Buffalo & Mozzarella" as both a salad and a pizza, you would need to amend their names to include salad/pizza.

  • Up to two menus are supported (e.g., breakfast, lunch).

  • Times cannot overlap (e.g. lunch can't run from 12 pm - 2 pm if a different menu also starts at 12 pm).

  • A manual image check is now in place with Just Eat, resulting in images not appearing until around 24 hours after publishing a menu.

  • The Just Eat tablet must be switched on.

  • Follow image guidelines for Just Eat. Download this PDF provided by Just Eat for details (ignore the final slide about uploading images).

Once you've confirmed the above, publish your menu for it to be instantly live on Just Eat. View this article for details.
