Pay and Download Invoices or Change Your Payment Method

You can pay, view, or download invoices on the Billing page. You are also able to change your payment method.

Step 1. Select the Configurations (cog) icon in the sidebar.

If you don't have this icon, view this article instead.

Contact our support team if you have any questions about invoices or payment methods.

Step 2. Select Billing.

Step 3. Select the View & Pay Invoices link for the billing profile.

Step 4. You are sent to our payment portal.

Pay invoices

All unpaid invoices are automatically selected. Select the Pay now button to enter your card details and complete the transaction.

Change payment methods

Go to the Payment Methods tab. Select the + Add payment method button to enter your card or bank details. This payment method will be automatically charged when invoices are generated.
