You can pay, view, or download invoices on the Billing page. You are also able to change your payment method.
Step 1. Select the Configurations (cog) icon in the sidebar.
Contact our support team if you have any questions about invoices or payment methods. For issues accessing the billing section, verify your account permissions with an administrator. Ensure your browser is up-to-date and your internet connection is stable.
Step 2. Select Billing.
Step 3. Select the View & Pay Invoices link for the billing profile.
Step 4. You are sent to our payment portal.
Pay invoices
All unpaid invoices are automatically selected. Select the Pay now button to enter your card details and complete the transaction.
Change payment methods
Step 1. Go to the Payment Methods tab and select the + Add payment method button
.
Step 2. Choose either Credit or debit card or Bank account (Direct Debit). You are sent to a new page to provide your details.
The Bank account method can take up to 10 business days to process as our provider, GoCardless, validates the information with legal and government authorities based on banking activity.
Your new payment method will be automatically used when invoices are generated.
