Are your orders receiving an error stating "Delivery is not enabled for this location"? If so, follow these steps to activate a setting on your Heartland POS.
Step 1. Log in to https://hrpos.heartland.us.
Step 2. Select Location Setup in the sidebar.
Step 3. Select Online Ordering in the sidebar ① and choose the ONLINE ORDERING tab ②.
Step 4. Scroll down and select the DELIVERY tab.
Step 5. Activate the Shows delivery as an option for customers option.
Step 6. Select the save icon at the bottom right of the screen ① and then select the publish changes icon at the top right of the screen ②.
