Schedule one or multiple menus to be published at different times of the week.
How to access
Log in to Deliverect Restaurants. In the sidebar, select
Menus
, and then Schedules
.
Create a new schedule
Step 1. Select the Create schedule button.
Step 2. Enter a name and select Create.
Step 3. Select the Edit button in the Default weekly menus section.
Step 4. Select + Select menu.
Step 5. Choose the menu to use.
To add additional menus, select the + button before or after an existing menu.
Select the Save button after configuring the menu's availability.
Step 6. Repeat this process until you have the desired schedule for the entire week.
You can duplicate a day's scheduling to other days. To do so, select the ⫶ button
, choose Duplicate to other days
, select the desired days, and then select the Apply button
.
Step 7. Select the Save button once you have finished creating your schedule.
Preview a schedule
You can view the schedule for your stores by selecting Preview. Additionally, double-check that the menu configurations across locations align with the intended schedule start and end times, and verify that schedules reflect properly for each connected location.
Choose the store from the dropdown to preview its schedule.
Publish a schedule
Step 1. Select the Publish button.
Step 2. Choose which stores to use for this schedule.
Step 3. Select the Publish button.
Step 4. Confirm by selecting Publish. The schedule is now active for the selected stores.
Change or publish an existing schedule
Select the ⫶ button to find the following options:
Publish
Edit
Preview
Duplicate
Delete (only possible if no stores are assigned)
Troubleshooting menu scheduling errors
If you encounter errors while attempting to create or update a menu schedule, try the following:
Refresh the page or log out and log back in to your Deliverect account.
Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
If the issue persists, delete the existing schedule and create a new one.
