Using the Campaign Manager

Campaign Manager gives you the power to create, publish, and manage promotional offers across your delivery channels from a single page. With analytics, discover the generated revenue and return on investment (ROI) of each campaign.

To request access to Campaign Manager, contact your Deliverect account manager or our support team for details.

To access, select the Campaign Manager icon in the sidebar.

Campaign Manager is presented in three tabs: Calendar, List, and Analytics.

Calendar

Explore your created campaigns and AI-generated opportunities in a monthly or weekly view. Selecting a campaign provides you with its details.

Choose what is shown on your calendar by activating or deactivating the toggles. You can also create new campaigns for suggested AI-generated opportunities.

List

View all of your current and expired campaigns. Select a campaign to view additional information.

Analytics

Gain insight into the performance of your campaigns across your channels and locations. Set a date range and use the filters to show specific locations, campaigns, and channels.

Campaign analysis

The Campaign analysis table lists each campaign and its statistics. Select the Export CSV button to download the data to your device for use in spreadsheets or other software.

Profit mode

Select the Enable Profit mode button to view the actual net margins and adjusted ROI. To use this functionality, you need to first enter your platform commission rates and an estimated average food cost.

Create a campaign

Step 1. Select the Create campaign button at the top-right of the page.

You can also create campaigns from AI-generated opportunities.


Step 2. Configure your new campaign.

Details

Complete the following fields:

  • Campaign name

  • Target locations

  • Channel

  • Brands and custom tags

Audience

You can limit your campaign to a specific audience configured on your channel.

This feature is not supported by all channels.

Promotions

Select the + Add promotion button and choose a promotion type. Available types vary per channel.

Frequency & Scheduling

Set the date and time when the campaign should begin. You can optionally set an end date and time.


Step 3. Once ready, select the Save and publish button. Your campaign will go live at the configured starting date and time.

View an existing campaign

Select an existing campaign to view its details. This includes the following information:

  • Campaign name

  • Channels

  • Target locations

  • Status

  • Schedule information

  • Promotions
