Temporarily adjust the opening hours of your locations for a holiday or other occasion.
Not all channels support this feature.
Extending opening hours using this page is not currently supported for Just Eat. Instead, use the Opening hours page to make this change.
How to access
Step 1. In the sidebar, select 
Locations 
and then Opening hours 
.
Step 2. Select the Special hours tab.
Add special hours to a location
Step 1. Select the Add special hours + button.
Step 2. Create the special hours by completing these fields:
Location: Choose the location.
Name: Enter a name to identify the special hours.
Period: Define the start and end date.
Hours: Choose Closed or Custom hours.
If Custom hours is selected, select the days and choose whether the location should be closed or have custom opening hours.
Select the Create button once ready. The special hours are now configured and applied automatically at the specified period.
Copy special hours from a different location
Step 1. Select the special hours.
Step 2. Select Apply these special hours to other locations.
Step 3. Choose the locations and select the Apply special hours button . The special hours are now active for these location.
Edit or disable special hours
Select the ⫶ icon to edit, disable, or delete special hours.
Frequently asked questions
What happens to usual store hours when special hours are applied? Special hours override the normal schedule for the specified time slots. Regular operating hours remain unchanged outside of these times.
Will my store reopen for normal hours the following day after a closure using special hours? Yes, special hours will not affect operations scheduled for the following day.
