To create a CSV file containing information about busy mode operations, follow the steps in this article.
Step 1. Log in to your Deliverect account and select 
Operations in the sidebar.
Step 2. Select the Export button 
and choose Busy Mode reports 
.
Step 3. Choose the fields you want to include and select the Export as CSV button.
Step 4. Select the Refresh button.
Step 5. Select the new Export operation to expand it.
Step 6. Select the Get download link button and then the Download CSV button.
