Lightspeed Restaurant L-Series: Configure Order Remarks

Your customers may leave you comments or remarks when placing their orders. To correctly display them on your Lightspeed Restaurant L-Series POS and tickets, follow these steps.

Step 1. Log in to your Lightspeed account and select Products in the sidebar.

Step 2. Select Modifiers.

Step 3. Select Add note.

Step 4. Enter a name (e.g., "Remark") . Then, select the Link product button and choose any product . Linking a product ensures that the remark is always displayed (the product itself is not shown on your POS or receipts).

Step 5. Select the Ok button.

Step 6. In the sidebar, select Printing.

Step 7. Select Printer Templates.

Step 8. Select the template you want to show item notes and activate the Show free modifier option. Select Ok.

Step 9. Log in to your Deliverect account and sync your products for that location. View this article to learn how.

Step 10. Contact your Deliverect account manager or our support team. Tell them the name of the note remark and ask that they configure it for item notes. They will confirm with you once it is configured.
