InvalidPOSAPIResult: Cannot proceed to menu parsing. Product identifier duplicate found for SKU <SKU>. | A duplicate PLU exists in Innovorder. If you can't find the duplicate in your menu, the updated menu may not have been sent to the POS tablet yet. Push the latest menu to your POS tablet, then sync your products again. |
