Solution

BIM POS Not Reachable.

This happens when the POS is rate-limiting requests. Contact BIM POS support if the issue persists, as there is currently no customer-side fix.

Orders show as received on the POS but don't appear on the correct channel.

Make sure each sales channel has been registered as a channel link in your account and that the channel IDs have been shared with BIM POS.

Nested modifiers on your menu don't come through correctly.

BIM POS does not support nested modifiers. Rebuild affected products using single-level modifier groups.

Products aren't syncing from a specific location.

BIM POS requires a dedicated master/central location to push products from. Confirm with your POS provider that this master location has been set up before syncing products.
