BIM POS Not Reachable. | This happens when the POS is rate-limiting requests. Contact BIM POS support if the issue persists, as there is currently no customer-side fix. |
Orders show as received on the POS but don't appear on the correct channel. | Make sure each sales channel has been registered as a channel link in your account and that the channel IDs have been shared with BIM POS. |
Nested modifiers on your menu don't come through correctly. | BIM POS does not support nested modifiers. Rebuild affected products using single-level modifier groups. |
Products aren't syncing from a specific location. | BIM POS requires a dedicated master/central location to push products from. Confirm with your POS provider that this master location has been set up before syncing products. |
