Menulog: Order Cancellations

Orders are automatically accepted by Menulog when received. If you wish to reject an order, contact Menulog or cancel it through the Menulog tablet.

  • Cancel an order: Contact Menulog restaurant support or cancel the order on your Menulog tablet.

  • Reject an order: Contact Menulog restaurant support or cancel the order on your Menulog tablet.

  • Process refunds: Refunds are automatically processed for canceled orders.
