Here are some common printer issues and how to resolve them.
Paper cutting issue
If your printer is not cutting the paper properly, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Step 1. Open the cover and remove the paper:
Make sure the printer is turned off to avoid any risk of injury.
Open the cover where the paper is loaded and remove any existing paper.
Ensure there are no small pieces of paper stuck inside.
Step 2. Press the paper feed button. Ensure that the paper-cutting mechanism is properly engaged.
Step 3. Check that the paper is cutting correctly:
Load a small amount of paper into the printer and perform a test print.
Verify that the paper is being cut to the desired length. If the issue persists, there may be a mechanical problem with the printer.
Printer jams
Follow these steps to resolve a paper jam in your printer:
Step 1. Carefully open the printer cover and carefully remove any jammed or crumpled paper.
Step 2. Press the paper feed button to advance the remaining paper.
Step 3. Ensure the paper roll size is compatible with the printer and that the paper is properly inserted and aligned.
Step 4. Verify that the paper is being cut cleanly. There should be no torn or poorly cut paper pieces.
Printer is not turning on
If your Bluetooth printer won’t turn on, follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
Step 1. Ensure that the printer's power cord is properly connected to a functional electrical outlet and that the power strip, if used, is turned on.
Step 2. Locate the power button on the printer and press it to turn the device off and back on.
Step 3. Plug the printer into another electrical outlet to rule out any issues with the original outlet. Sometimes, a faulty outlet can cause the problem.
Step 4. If you have another device with the same printer model, try connecting the non-functioning printer to the power cord from the working device. This will help determine if the power cord is functioning correctly.

Step 1. Adjust the paper direction can sometimes resolve the issue of blank tickets.
Step 2. Try using a different type of paper. Ensure you are using high-quality thermal paper compatible with your printer.
