Invalid PLU: one or more items in the order has a PLU that doesn't belong to this location's POS. | Sync your products and publish your menu again every time you make a change in your POS. |
Kounta reachable but takes too long to respond / read timed out. | This is a connectivity issue on Kounta's side. Contact Lightspeed/Kounta support to check their connection status. |
Sold Out: Sorry some products you chose are sold out / Product is out of stock. | Mark the affected item as out of stock in Deliverect, or enable inventory management so items are automatically snoozed when stock runs low. |
Kounta: 400 error. You don't have permission to access orders from that site / 403 error accessing a resource from a different company. | Your POS authorization has expired. Reauthorize your POS connection in Deliverect. |
Kounta: 400 error. The product does not have that option set assigned to it / ModifierGroup for modifier not found. | Sync your products and publish your menu again to update modifier group mappings after making POS changes. |
Kounta: Temporarily not taking online orders. | Online ordering has been disabled or Busy Mode was turned on in your POS. Check your POS settings and turn online ordering back on when ready. |
Kounta: 403 error. Addon Pass Thru Printing is not enabled / Pass-thru register is offline. | Make sure your POS device is switched on and that Pass-Thru Printing is enabled and pointing to a valid register. |
Kounta: Payment method missed from the channel link. | Set a valid payment method in your channel settings for every order type you use. |
TooManyRequestsError: POS KOUNTA requests rate limit reached. | Wait a few minutes and try again — you've briefly hit Kounta's API rate limit. |
Kounta: 500 error / MySQL server has gone away / CDbConnection failed to open the DB connection. | This is a temporary issue on Kounta's servers. Wait a few minutes and try again, or contact Lightspeed/Kounta support if it persists. |
