Solution

Product sync gets stuck showing an “AWAIT” status.

This is usually caused by a configuration issue on the POS side. Contact Smartway support and ask them to trigger the sync directly from your POS dashboard as a quick workaround.

InvalidValue: No products to sync within the POS.

Check the dedicated Deliverect menu on your SMARTWAY POS and make sure it actually contains products, then sync your products and publish your menu again. Contact Smartway support if the menu appears empty unexpectedly.

Discounts and fees appear separately from what you expect on the order.

This is expected behavior: service charge, delivery fee, and tip are listed together with the order items and included in the subtotal, while any discount is subtracted afterward.

Orders show a note about payment status instead of your expected order status.

If an order was already paid online, SMARTWAY POS automatically adds a note to the order. If it wasn't paid yet (for example, cash orders), no note is added and you'll need to manually finalize the order in the POS by selecting the correct payment type.
