Follow the steps below to find your Default Customer ID.

Step 1. Log in to your Foodics console and select Customers.


Step 2. Select the Add Customer button.


Step 3. Complete the form to create a new customer.

  • Name: Can be anything (e.g. Deliverect)

  • Phone number: Enter a valid telephone number. We recommend using your store's telephone number as it will be listed on the receipts.

  • Email: Not required

Select Save.


Step 4. You are then shown the customer. In the address bar of your browser, copy the unique ID shown after console.foodics.com/customers/. Please send this ID to your contact person at Deliverect.
