Roles control what users can view or do in a Deliverect account. With the Roles page, you can add or remove permissions from roles or create entirely new ones.
This page is not yet available for all users.
You can assign roles when inviting a user or editing an existing user.
Important note: you must have the same permissions as the role you are trying to assign. For additional assistance, please contact our support team.
To access the page, go to 
 Settings 
 and then Roles 
 in the sidebar.
Create a new role
Step 1. Select the Create role button.
Step 2. Enter a name and description for the role.
Step 3. Select permission groups to expand them and activate the checkboxes for the desired permissions. View available roles.
Step 4. Select the Save button once ready.
Resolving Role-Specific Issues
Certain roles, such as Manager, require the same level of permissions to assign them. Request assistance from the existing role holder if needed.
Troubleshooting Common Errors:
No Available Roles During User Invitation: At least one role must exist in the system for user assignment.
Unable to Assign Specific Roles: Verify and align permissions between your current role and the role to be assigned. Adjust permissions if needed.
User Shows Incorrect Role Names: Rename confusing roles or create new roles tailored to your requirements.
Edit an existing role
Step 1. Select the 
 edit icon for the role.
Step 2. Make the necessary changes to the role and select the Save button.
Duplicate a role
Step 1. Select the 
 duplicate icon for the role.
Step 2. Enter a name for the duplicated role and select the Confirm button.
