If you can't prepare the entirety of an order, remove the affected item(s) from the order using DMA.
You can only amend orders received less than two minutes ago.

Step 1. Find the order on the Orders page and select the
Order Details button.
Step 2. Scroll down and select the Change order button.
Step 3. Remove the item(s) you are unable to prepare.
Step 4. Select the Change order button. The order no longer contains the removed item(s). The delivery channel notifies the customer of this change.
Changing a Delivery Address for Dispatch Orders via DMA
If you're a Dispatch customer and also use DMA, you can change an order's delivery address through DMA via the steps below.
Important: This feature is only available to customers who have both Dispatch and DMA. If you don't have this product combination, you cannot change the delivery address once an order has been placed.
Step 1. Find the and tap on the order you want to change from the Orders page.
Step 2. Tap on the three dot symbol next to 'More order options'.
Step 3. Next, select the 'Change Delivery Address' button and add the correct address.
