DMA: Amend an Order

Reduce the quantity of an item or remove it entirely from an order. Only specific channels support this functionality.

You can only amend orders received less than two minutes ago and that are still in the Scheduled state.

Contact your Deliverect account manager or our support team to gain access to this feature.

Amending an order

Step 1. Find the order on the Orders page and select the Order Details button.


Step 2. Scroll down and select the Change order button.


Step 3. Reduce the quantity or remove the item by selecting the delete icon.


Step 4. Select the Change order button. The delivery channel notifies your customer of this change.


Change a delivery address for Dispatch orders

This feature is only available to customers who use both Dispatch and DMA.

Step 1. Tap on ⋯ More order options for the order.


Step 2. Select the Change delivery address button and enter the correct address.
