DMA: Amend an Order

If you can't prepare the entirety of an order, remove the affected item(s) from the order using the Delivery Manager App (DMA).

You can only amend orders received less than two minutes ago.

Contact your Deliverect account manager or our support team to gain access to this feature.

Supported delivery channels

  • Glovo

  • Just Eat

  • SkipTheDishes

  • Takeaway.com

  • Uber Eats (grocery stores only)

Step 1. Find the order on the Orders page and select the Order Details button.

Step 2. Scroll down and select the Change order button.

Step 3. Remove the item(s) you are unable to prepare.

Step 4. Select the Change order button. The order no longer contains the removed item(s). The delivery channel notifies the customer of this change.
