With Deliverect's integration, receive orders from your DoorDash account and have them automatically sent to your POS/ERP. You are also able to manage your catalog and much more.

How it works

  1. The customer places an order through DoorDash.

  2. DoorDash will automatically assign a pickup time for the driver to pick up the food.

  3. DoorDash will auto-accept the order and send it to Deliverect, your POS/ERP, and Quest.

How to set up

Contact your Deliverect account manager to configure DoorDash for your account.

Catalog management

Sent to DoorDash when publishing a catalog

  • Product mapping

  • Product name

  • Prices

  • Images

  • Descriptions

  • Opening hours of the catalog

  • Product tags

It can take up to 18 days to first publish a catalog. Publishing changes for an existing catalog can take up to 15 days.

Required to send a catalog to DoorDash

  • Opening hours per location.

When its necessary to publish catalog changes

  • Every time the catalog is changed.

When not necessary to publish catalog changes

  • When a product is out of stock.
