Visit the Reviews page to discover customer sentiment per store and channel.

Log in to Sentinel and select Reviews in the sidebar.

View your overall ratings and rankings across your channels and locations. The graph at the bottom shows the changes to your ratings over time.

Here you can find individual reviews for each channel and location.

Receive a breakdown of the most common feedback received from customers and recommendations on how to improve. At the bottom of the page, you can view the days and times reviews were submitted.
