Direct Suite: Activate and Manage a Loyalty Program

Encourage customers to order with you again by rewarding them with credit that they can use for future purchases.

Step 1. Log in to the Direct Suite. In the sidebar, select Marketing and then Loyalty .

We are currently moving customers to Direct Suite. If your account has not yet been migrated, you can access this feature here. In the sidebar, select Marketing and then Loyalty.


Step 2. Any existing loyalty programs are shown on this page. You can select one to manage its settings.

To configure a new loyalty program, select the Create loyalty program button.


Step 3. Configure your loyalty program. Select the Enable loyalty button once ready.

Details

  • Title: Enter a name for your loyalty program that is shown to customers.

  • Description: Describe the loyalty program for internal identification.

Rules

Earning

Set how much credit customers receive with each order (e.g., 10% of an order totaling €15 gives the customer €1.50 credit to use on future orders).

Spending

Define maximum limits when redeeming credits. The lowest value is always applied at checkout.

  • Redeemable (%): Set how much of an order can be discounted using credits (in percentage).

  • Maximum redeemable value: Set the maximum discount value for an order using credits.

Sign up bonus

Activate the toggle to incentivize customers to create an account.

  • Bonus credits: Specify how much credit they will receive.

Scope

Select the Add location button to choose which locations have access to this loyalty program. You can remove a location by selecting the X icon.
