Need to see the status of a menu push or a different action? Your Operation Reports page provides you with all the information you need.

Individual steps

To find it, log in to your Deliverect account and click on Operations in the sidebar.

Using filters

The following filters can be used to help you find the report(s) you need.

  • Operation type: Reports are broken down into different types. See below for an explanation of each type.

  • Location: To see reports from a specific channel, choose it here.

  • Delivery channel: Choose a channel.

  • Status: The status defines if the operation was a success, failure, is queued, etc.

  • Operation start: The date range of reports to show.

Bulk user import

When importing users to your Deliverect account with a CSV file.

Busy mode

When changing your restaurant to Busy Mode: Information provided:

  • User who made the change

  • Channel

  • Preparation time (0 if Open and 999 if Close)

  • Busy Mode status (Open or Close).

Busy mode sync

When Deliverect synchronizes the Busy Mode to match a channel's status. Information provided:

  • Channel

  • Type of change (Open to Close, or vice-versa)

Channel activation

When a channel is activated in your Deliverect account. Information provided:

Channel deactivation

Courier update

When an update on the driver is received.

Export

Health check

When a health check is initiated. Information provided:

  • User who initiated the check.

Insert order

When an order is inserted into the POS. Only logged if Log Operations is activated for the location. Information provided:

  • Order ID

Menu import

When a menu has been imported from a channel. Information provided:

  • Channel used for the import

  • Any warnings (e.g. products that couldn't be automatically linked)

Menu push

When a menu has been pushed (published/sent) to a channel. Information provided:

  • Channel

  • Menu name

A menu push may stay in a queued status for up to 30 minutes. This can occur when there is an unusually high amount of menu pushes from Deliverect.

Order update

When an update has been made to an order. Information provided:

  • Order ID

Product snooze

When one or multiple products have been snoozed. Information provided:

  • Menu name

  • Previously snoozed products

  • Newly snoozed products

Product sync

When products are synced from the POS. Information provided:

  • User who initiated the sync

  • POS

  • Any products inserted, updated, or deleted

Product sync preview

When a Product Sync Preview has been initiated. Information provided:

  • User who initiated the preview

  • POS

  • Any products that would be inserted, updated, or deleted

Product unsnooze

When one or multiple products have been unsnoozed. Information provided:

  • Menu name

  • Currently snoozed products

Snooze report

  • Type of action (snooze/unsnooze)

  • Snooze start and end

Update store opening hours
