Each channel has a unique ID, referred to as the Channel Link ID. It facilitates the linking of your order channels and correctly sends orders to your Deliverect account.
To find a Channel Link ID, follow the steps below.
Step 1. Go to Preferences inside Settings ① and activate the Show object IDs toggle ②. You can skip this step if the setting is not present.
Step 2. Go to Locations in the sidebar.
Step 3. Select the dropdown icon to reveal the channels for that specific location.
Step 4. The Channel Link IDs are now displayed. Selecting one will copy it to your clipboard.
