Schedule automatic syncing of specific product properties from your POS.
This functionality is not yet currently available for all accounts.
Access the feature
In the sidebar, select Products and then Product syncs.
Create a product sync
Step 1. Select the + Create sync button.
Step 2. Configure the product sync.
General
Name: Enter a name
Republish menus after sync: Activate to automatically re-publish your menus after every successful product sync.
Properties
Choose which properties to update during a product sync.
Name
Length: Activate to set a limit on the length of a product name. Products with names longer are skipped and flagged.
Profanity: Activate to automatically block any product names that fail the channel-side profanity check.
Description
Length: Activate to set a limit on the length of a product description. Products with descriptions longer are skipped and flagged.
Price
Threshold: Activate to skip and flag any price changes above the threshold.

Configure when the product sync will run.
Daily: Run once per day
Weekly: Run on chosen days of the week
Sync windows: Configure up to three times for the sync to run.
Locations
Specify which locations to sync by selecting the Assign locations button.
Step 3. At the top of the page, Save or Save and set active the product sync.
Activate or deactivate a product sync
Select the toggle for the product sync to activate or deactivate it.
Edit or delete a product sync
Select the ⋮ button for the product sync to edit or delete it.
