Read this article to learn how to check off items once packed using the Delivery Manager App. With this feature, you'll never forget to pack an item!
This feature is not enabled by default. Please contact your Deliverect account manager or our support team for details.
Step 1. Select the order on the Delivery Manager App.
Step 2. Tap on the START PACKING button.
Step 3. While you pack the order, tap the Pack item button for each item.
Step 4. The order is now packed and ready for the customer or courier.
Unpack an item
Made a mistake and need to unpack an item? Just tap on the item and then the Unpack item button.
