Decide how orders are assigned to your configured dispatch partners.

Step 1. Select Dispatch in the sidebar and go to the Assignment page.
Step 2. First, select the target location and then choose the desired Mode and Strategy assignment.
Modes
DMA assignment: Orders are manually assigned to dispatch partners using the DMA. If no partner is assigned within two minutes, we assign the order to the partner that we find to be the most appropriate.
Strategy based assignment: Orders are automatically assigned to dispatch partners based on the chosen strategy.

Always use the cheapest partner: The cheapest partner is picked. Do note that not all partners share their fees with taxes included, and so in some cases the absolute cheapest price might not be guaranteed.
Always use the fastest partner: We'll check which partner grants the fastest delivery.
Configure a preferred partner: Select a partner to give it precedence. In case your preferred partner is not available, we'll try to assign the delivery to a different active partner suitable for the delivery.
Configure preferred partners based on their maximum delivery time: The selected preferred partner will take priority. You can set a maximum delivery time between 20 and 60 minutes.
Configure preferred partners based on working time slots: Select partners and days and times.
Configure preferred partners based on delivery distances: Select partners and delivery distances.
Step 3. Select the Save button to confirm.
