To edit the values of all of your products in bulk, follow the steps in this article.
Use products synced from a POS?
Edits made will become overrides, meaning that the changes will exist in Deliverect but not in your POS.
Use products created in Deliverect?
Edits will be made directly and are therefore irreversible.
Step 1. Log in to your Deliverect account and go to the Products page.
Step 2. Select the ⋮ button ① and choose Export ②.
Step 3. Select the Request export button.
Step 4. Select Operations in the sidebar.
Step 5. Expand the EXPORT operation.
Step 6. Select the Get download link button, followed by Download CSV.
Step 7. Open the file on your computer using a spreadsheet application (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers). Alternatively, you can import the document to Google Sheets.
We highly recommend creating an un-edited backup, which will allow you to restore the original values of your products if necessary.
Step 8. Edit the values of your products via the fields. See the table at the bottom of this page to find out which fields are editable. Once you are finished, save/export the CSV file.
Step 9. Go back to the Products page in Deliverect.
Step 10. Select again on the ⋮ button ① and choose Import ②.
Step 11. Choose the Import CSV option.
Step 12. Drag and drop your CSV file or select the Upload a file button ① to choose the file on your computer. Once added, select the Upload button ②.
Step 13. The total number of products that will be affected is displayed. To proceed, select the Approve button. That's it! Your products will now be updated.
As with all product changes, don't forget to publish your menus to your channels.

The fields listed in the table below can be changed.
