Are you currently unable to provide customers with specific items? If so, temporarily remove (hide) them from your menus by using the snooze feature.
Snoozing is not supported by all channels. Contact your Deliverect account manager or our support team for details.

How to access

After logging in to your Deliverect account, navigate to the Snooze page via the sidebar, this can be found under Operations.
Selecting a location and menu
At the top of the page, choose the location and menu for the product(s) you want to snooze or unsnooze.
Snoozing
The snooze page allows you to change the availability of one or multiple products simultaneously.
If an item exists as a modifier and product, you will need to snooze both. For example, "Cheese" may be a product and also exist as a modifier for a different product. Snoozing one won't snooze the other.
Single product
Step 1. Find the product displayed in your menu and click on the clock icon.
Step 2. A popup will appear, providing you the option of deactivating it for one hour, multiple hours, indefinitely, or until a chosen date.
Multiple products
Step 1. To snooze in bulk, click on the Select Products To Snooze button located at the top-right of the page.
Step 2. Select the products to snooze and if you want to deactivate them for one hour, multiple hours, indefinitely, or until a chosen date. To help narrow down the results, use the Name or PLU search bar. Click on Submit once ready.
Modifiers
Step 1. To deactivate modifiers or upsells for a product, click inside the box for that product.
Step 2. In the new popup, click on the clock icon for the modifiers you wish to snooze.
Step 3. A popup will appear, providing you the option of deactivating it for one hour, multiple hours, indefinitely, or until a chosen date.
Unsnoozing
Step 1. Click on the Snoozed Products button. This is located inside the Snooze page and when previewing a menu. Here, you will find a list of all products currently snoozed.
Step 2. Select the products you wish to unsnooze. You are then given the ability to make them available now, or at a specified time or date.
Alternatively, you can click on the clock icon for individual products.
Item not snoozing?
If an item still appears on your menu after snoozing it, go to the Operations page to check if there is a reason for the snooze failing. Snoozing the item again and republishing your menu may resolve the issue. If that doesn't help, reach out to our support team for assistance.
