The insights tab of your dashboard offers a quick glance at crucial aspects of your business.
To access, select Analytics in the sidebar ① followed by Insights ②.
Overview
Four sections are present, these are:
Failed Orders
Cancelled Orders
Offline Stores
Snoozed Items
Failed Orders
All failed orders displayed with the order ID, order price, and date/time.
Select the See all failed orders link to see the full list sorted by reverse chronological order (shown below).
Cancelled Orders
All cancelled orders displayed as the order ID, order price, and date/time.
Select the See all cancelled orders link to see the full list sorted by reverse chronological order (shown below).
Offline Stores
All stores closed or in busy mode are displayed here and grouped by location. There are options to open all stores or selected ones, making it easy for you to quickly change the state of your channels.
Snoozed Items
Currently snoozed items.
Selecting See all snoozed items will provide the full list. In the new window, customers can find out the location and when the snooze started and will end.
If you select an item, you can make it immediately available or set a duration.
