Follow the steps in this article to adjust the settings of a channel in your account.
Editing channel settings is not yet possible for all customers.
Step 1. Log in to your Deliverect account and select
Locations in the sidebar.
Step 2. Select the
Edit button for the channel link you want to change.
Step 3. Settings for the channel link are split across tabs. Select the Save button after making any changes.
General
Basic settings for the channel link.
Integration name: The name to identify the channel link.
Channel: The channel integration. You can't edit this field. Contact our support team if you need assistance.
Integration status: The status of the channel link. You can't edit this field. Contact our support team if you need assistance.
Store URL: The URL that customers visit to place an order.
Channel settings
Settings for creating a connection and altering how orders are processed. The available settings vary depending on the channel.
POS settings
Settings that determine how orders from this channel are sent to your POS.
Some changes may prevent orders from being processed correctly or at all. Contact our support team if you are unsure about the impact or use of a setting.
