Customize the acceptance settings of your catering orders.
Step 1. Log in to Direct Suite. In the sidebar, select Catering and then Configuration.
Step 2. Change your acceptance settings.
Auto accept: Activate to automatically accept catering orders based on your lead time and over value settings.
Order value: Set the minimum order value to require a manual review before being accepted.
Lead time: Set the minimum required lead time for orders to be automatically accepted.
Auto inject: Activate to automatically send orders to the POS.
Inject upon accept: Activate to send orders to the POS after being accepted. Deactivate to specify how many hours before the due time an order is injected.
You can create custom settings for locations by selecting the + Add override button.
Choose the locations and configure the desired settings. Select the Add override button to apply it.
Step 3. Select the Save changes button to confirm your changes.
