Use the Smart Assistant To Improve Products and Menus

Smart assistant is an AI-powered feature that allows you to effortlessly update product information in menus with enhanced images, refined descriptions, and allergen information.

Deliverect AI features may not be available in your region or subscription.

Access the feature

Step 1. To get started, go to Mission control in your Deliverect account.


Step 2. Select the Create button.


Step 3. Choose Run once, improve instantly.

Choose a task

Select which task Smart assistant can perform for you.

Product description

Improve descriptions for your products based on its existing information. Learn how to set up.

Image enhancer

Improve the quality, lighting, and presentation of existing product images. Learn how to set up.

Allergen detection

Detect and add allergens to your products. Learn how to set up.

Menu theme

Update the image and descriptions of your products to match a requested theme. Learn how to set up.

If this is your first time using Deliverect AI, you will need to accept the terms and conditions before proceeding.

Set up a task

Product description

Step 1. Choose a menu and categories. Describe the desired tone and style of the descriptions.

Select the Next button.


Step 2. The descriptions are now generated. This may take a few minutes to complete.

Turn off the toggle of any description you don't want applied.

Select the Approve changes button to proceed.


Step 3. Choose how to apply the descriptions:

  • Create a copy of the existing menu and apply the new descriptions

  • Directly replace the descriptions in the existing menu (this cannot be undone)

After choosing an option, select the Apply button to finish the process. You are shown the menu with the requested changes.

Publish the menu to your stores to show the new descriptions to your customers.


Image enhancer

Step 1. Choose a menu and categories. Describe how you want the images enhanced.

Select the Next button.


Step 2. The updated images are now generated. This may take a few minutes to complete.

Turn off the toggle for any image you don't want applied.

Select the Approve changes button to proceed.


Step 3. Choose how to apply the approved images:

  • Create a copy of the existing menu and apply the new images

  • Directly replace the images in the existing menu (this cannot be undone)

After choosing an option, select the Apply button to finish the process. You are shown the menu with the requested changes.

Publish the menu to your stores to show the new descriptions to your customers.


Allergen detection

Step 1. Choose a menu and categories. Enter a description if you use specific ingredients.

Select the Next button.


Step 2. The detected allergens are shown for each product. Carefully review each one.

Turn off the toggle for any image you don't want applied.

Select the Approve button to proceed.

Caution

Having incorrect or missing allergens for a product can pose a health risk to your customers. If an allergen is missing after using allergen detection, add it manually to the product.


Step 3. Select the Apply button to add the new allergens to your products.


Menu theme

Step 1. Choose a menu and categories. Describe how it should be themed. There are some predefined options you can use.

Select the Next button.


Step 2. The generated theming for your products is shown.

Turn off the toggle for any image you don't want applied.

Select the Approve changes button to proceed.


Step 3. Choose how to apply the approved images:

  • Create a copy of the existing menu and apply the new theme

  • Directly replace the theme in the existing menu (this cannot be undone)

After choosing an option, select the Apply button to finish the process. You are shown the menu with the requested changes.
