Your POS is the source of all information. Therefore, if you want to offer products with options online, create them in Lightspeed Restaurant (K-Series). Created products can then be synced to Deliverect. Read the steps in this article to learn how.

Step 1. Go to Configuration ① then Items ② in your POS.

Step 2. Click on Create item sequence.

Step 3. Create the sequence. The fields circled below are required. It is always possible to change these fields in the future if necessary. Click on the Save button once ready.

Step 4. Create the sequence groups by clicking on the Create a new item group button.

Step 5. Give the group a name and save.

Step 6. Click on Edit the item list to add options in the sequence group.

Step 7. To add options in the sequence group, enter the names in the field and click on the + button. Click on the Save button once all options have been added.

Step 8. Sync your products from Deliverect.

Step 9. Add the base product you have created to a category in your menu.

Step 10. Add the created modifier groups (upsells and options) to your products.

Step 11. You can now preview and publish your menu to your delivery channels.
