Here's a quick guide on how to log in to your DMA and be ready to receive orders. First, download the app on your tablet on Apple's App Store or Google Play. Our hardware requirements are listed in this article.

Enter the credentials you use for the Deliverect portal (frontend.deliverect.com) and tap on Login. Alternatively, you can log in with the Sign in with Apple button (iPad only).

You can tap on the Sign in as button if you have previously logged in.

To resolve issues with logging in, please try clearing your browser cache or using incognito/private mode. If your account is blocked after multiple consecutive failed login attempts, please wait several minutes and try again.

After logging in, you will be asked to select a location. This is the location you will be receiving orders for, so make sure that you choose the correct one.
