Want to add a new delivery channel to your Deliverect account? Great! Below are the current activation timeframes for the various integrations we support.
You must already have a menu created in Deliverect to activate an integration with a delivery channel. For more information about this, read this article about creating menus.
Once ready, you can request the integration by following the steps in this article.
Global
DoorDash (including Caviar)
How long to activate: 24 to 36 hours after being requested.
Flipdish
How long to activate: Same day.
Uber Eats (including Postmates)
How long to activate: Same day.
Europe
Deliveroo
How long to activate: Same day.
Foodora
How long to activate: Same day.
Just Eat
How long to activate: Within 10 business days.
For customers in France: Contact your Just Eat representative to request an integration with Deliverect.

How long to activate: Within two weeks after being requested.
Wolt
How long to activate: Request by Monday for activation on Thursday.
Canada and USA
ezCater
How long to activate: Within three business days.
Grubhub
How long to activate: Request by Monday 5 pm EST for activation during the week (activations typically occur around 4:30 pm EST).
Grubhub does not yet support alcohol selling. Please ensure your menu has no alcoholic items.
This is expected to change early 2024.

How long to activate: Typically on the following Tuesday or Thursday.
SkipTheDishes
How long to activate: Request by Friday for activation the following Wednesday afternoon by 5 pm EST.
Selling alcohol? If so, you must request an alcohol stack for integrations to your SkipTheDishes account manager and then sign it.

How long to activate: Within two business days after request.
Rappi
How long to activate: Within three business days after request.
