ezCater: Resolve Order Issues

Below are some common issues when receiving orders from ezCater.

Missing modifier

Ensure that you don't have any modifiers with a name that may be interpreted as redundant to its item.

Not receiving orders

An order has a pickup date and time outside of your opening hours

Ensure your opening hours on Deliverect match those in your ezCater admin portal.

Order error: InvalidProduct: Invalid PLU: None.

You may have manually replaced an item in an order before accepting it. Deliverect is unable to link the item.

Contact ezCater to request that they deactivate off-menu items.
