Restart your POS and ATO (Aloha Takeout). Ensure your POS has a connection to the internet. If the issue still persists, contact NCR support.

Ncr Order validation failed

  1. Update POS structure to match current product structure.

Set up Aloha Takeout on your POS.

Ncr order validation error: -14: ExecCalculateTaxAndTotal Failed: An exception occurred during the CalculateTaxAndTotal service call
