Follow these steps to add a dispatch partner to one of your locations.

Step 1. Open Dispatch by selecting it from the sidebar. We are currently transitioning all Deliverect users to the new sidebar shown on the left-hand side of the image below.

If you have the new sidebar, select the icon that shows Dispatch when hovered over.

Step 2. Select Configuration in the sidebar.

Step 3. Expand the location and select Add partner.

Step 4. Choose the partner to activate. You are then prompted for keys or other authentication information. Select Save once ready. The partner will now be linked to your Deliverect location.

Step 5. Adjust the settings in the Auto-selection tab to choose which partners to use. This article has more information.

You can activate or deactivate a dispatch partner by going to the Configuration page and selecting the toggle for the partner.
