Uber Eats: Integrate Your Uber Eats Account with Deliverect

Follow the steps in this article to connect your Uber Eats store to Deliverect.

Access the Stores page

In the sidebar, select Locations and then Stores .

You can add and activate Uber Eats stores on this page.

Add an Uber Eats store

Step 1. Select the Add store button.


Step 2. Select the location and confirm its address. Select Next to proceed.


Step 3. Choose Uber Eats , then the Next button .


Step 4. Enter your Uber Eats store URL and select the Next button.

Select the Sign up button if you have yet to create an Uber Eats account.


Step 5. You are sent to the Uber Eats login page. Enter the correct credentials for your account.


Step 6. Select the Allow button to grant Deliverect access to your account.


Step 7. Select the Deliverect menus to publish to the store and select Next .

This will overwrite the existing menu on your ordering channel, so ensure your menu is fully complete in your Deliverect account.


Step 8. Complete the request by agreeing to the terms and actions.

Once your ordering channel is activated, orders will start appearing in Deliverect and on your POS or DMA.

Activate an Uber Eats store

Step 1. Select the Activate button.


Step 2. Select Next to confirm the location.


Step 3. Enter your Uber Eats store URL and select the Next button.

Select the Sign up button if you have yet to create an Uber Eats account.


Step 4. You are sent to the Uber Eats login page. Enter the correct credentials for your account.


Step 5. Select the Allow button to grant Deliverect access to your account.


Step 6. Select the Deliverect menus to publish to the store and select Next .

Step 7. Complete the request by agreeing to the terms and actions.

Once your Uber Eats channel is activated, orders will start appearing in Deliverect and on your POS or DMA.

Common errors

The connection between Uber Eats and Deliverect has failed

  • Ensure you are logging in to the correct Uber Eats account. We recommend first logging out of Uber Eats before creating or linking your account.

error.invalid_Request

Could not provision store

  • Your Uber Eats account doesn't provide you with the correct role to link your Uber Eats store with Deliverect. Check your role and rights in Uber Eats and then communicate these to your Deliverect account manager or our support team.
    You could try asking one of your colleagues to use their Uber Eats credentials instead.

Can't find target HTML element

  • Ensure your Store URL is correct in Deliverect.

Invalid client

  • Someone else may be logged in to your Uber Eats account with the same credentials.

  • You are using the same email address for multiple Uber Eats accounts (different locations or brands).

  • Your Uber Eats application has not been set in the channel link settings. Ask your Deliverect account manager or our support team for assistance.
