Deliveroo: Activate Tabletless Support

View driver updates and customer/order information inside your Deliverect account without requiring the use of a Deliveroo tablet or the Deliveroo website.

This is a new and experimental feature. Once activated, all orders are automatically accepted without a way to reject them.

Ensure your team is trained on using the Deliverect platform for order management.

Step 1. Log in to your Deliverect account and navigate to your Locations page.


Step 2. Find your Deliveroo channel and select the tablet icon.


Step 3. By accepting the terms and conditions and selecting the Confirm button, you understand that:

  • Orders will no longer appear on your Deliveroo tablet

  • The Delivery Manager App is required for order management. For information on how to install it, read this article.

After selecting Confirm, a popup message appears stating that we have received your request and that tabletless mode for Deliveroo will be activated shortly.

Please note that the activation process involves collaboration between Deliverect and Deliveroo and may take several days, typically within a week. You will receive a confirmation once the feature is active.
