Use Deliverect Pay and need to provide a refund to a customer? Follow the steps in this guide to learn how.

Step 1. Log in to your Deliverect account, go to Operations, and then Payments in your sidebar.

Step 2. Select the payment you want to refund.

Step 3. Select the Refund options button.

Step 4. You can choose to refund a custom amount or the order total. Select the Refund button to confirm. The Partially refunded status is given to orders not fully refunded.
