Direct
Customers: The marketing communications opt-in is now selected by default when a customer creates an account.
Menus: Variant items are now displayed in menus.
Menus: You can now have an additional level of nested modifiers.
Republish your menus to your Direct channels for these changes to come into effect.
Integrations
Deliveroo: The menu import functionality is improved.
DoorDash, Grubhub, Uber Eats: We now process additional courier information (e.g., delivery ETA, vehicle info, and coordinates).
Glovo: The Close store option for busy mode now keeps the store offline until it is reopened. Previously, it would open automatically the next day.
Heartland: We now support ingredient sub-items. Reach out to our support team if you want this activated on your account.
NCR SDM: Support is added for price levels.
TASK: We now handle tax rounding errors.
Uber Eats: We now support promo sponsorship. By default, Deliverect only sends discounts sponsored by the restaurant. Contact our support team to have shared/co-funded restaurant and channel discounts activated on your account.
Kiosk
Ordering: To improve the ordering experience, we have moved the page that requests the customer’s name or table/pager number to the end and linked it to loyalty identification.
Restaurants
Products: An issue has been resolved when customizing price levels.
