Direct

  • Upselling: Additional items can now be suggested to your customers when they view their basket or proceed to the checkout. We utilize AI to provide relevant suggestions based on the bestselling items in each category. You can request early access to this feature by contacting your Deliverect account manager or our support team. They can also assist you in showing specific items per location.

Kiosk

  • Accessibility: Your customers can now tap on a button to reduce the size of the kiosk interface and position it at the bottom of the screen. This can assist people with reduced mobility and complies with European and U.S. accessibility standards. Learn more.

  • Loyalty: You can now show meal deals on the loyalty page of your kiosks. In your loyalty provider, add "TAB-P/" before the meal deal's SKU/PLU to configure it. You can choose to offer meal deal paid options and extras for free by logging in to your Kiosk management portal, selecting Marketing and then Settings in the sidebar, and setting the Paid options and add-ons for rewards option to No. Contact our support team if you need assistance.

  • Menus: You can now choose to display service charges at the bottom of your menu. View the help article for details.

Integrations

  • DiDi Food: An issue relating to phone numbers not being sent has been resolved.

  • DoorDash and Uber Eats: Support has been added for setting unique minimum and maximum selections for modifiers and upsells.

  • Glovo On Demand: A customer’s phone access code can now be sent in the delivery notes.

  • Keeta: Support for nested modifiers has been added.
