Direct
Branding: You can now add a Business email in the General tab which will be used on all transactional emails as the reply-to address.
Branding: You can now add a Terms & Conditions link in the Site Links tab.
Customers page: An issue that caused incorrect order dates to show is resolved.
Menus: Modifiers set to be pre-selected in your menus now correctly appear as such on your Direct channels.
Ordering: Basket contents are now retained when a customer changes the pickup time.
Ordering: Swiping up and down on an item no longer closes the window by mistake.
Orders: Customers can now choose takeaway or eat-in packaging when creating pickup orders. Contact our support team to activate this on your account.
Orders: Customers will now receive emails when their orders are canceled, rejected, or failed.
Receipts: Style improvements are made to email receipts.
DMA
Version 1.14.7
Authentication: Logging in is improved by ignoring the capitalization of email addresses.
Locations: An issue with product taxes in location settings is resolved.
Orders: Non-physical items are now hidden when packing items.
Orders: The Ready for pickup button now shows for orders when a POS is leading the order flow (if supported by the delivery channel).
Printing: QR codes are now added to bag tickets for Uber Eats orders. More info.
Printing: You can now change the size of your logo on DMA bag tickets. To do so, select Bag Ticket Settings in the profile settings to choose between small, medium, or large.
Integrations
Clover: A connection issue is resolved.
Glovo: A setting is added to allow for flexibility of sending order ID or pickup code during Glovo’s migration of the order identifier. Contact your Deliverect account manager or our support team to change this setting.
Grubhub: A menu caching issue is resolved.
Jet Go: More than 100 locations can now be shown during configuration.
NCR: A product sync bug regarding QuickCombos due to PLU issues is resolved.
Shopify: Version 2025-01 is now supported.
TASK POS: Auto-apply modifiers now take the context of the specific menu flow.
TASK POS: Item-level taxes can now be sent to the POS.
Tevalis: An automatic snoozing issue is resolved.
Uber Direct: Cash orders are now supported.
Wolt: Age-restricted item tagging is now supported.
Kiosk
The Kiosk backoffice language can now be set to Italian.
Restaurants
Analytics: An issue relating to showing “Compare to Previous Month” for February is resolved.
General: A notification now shows if you are using an outdated web browser. Using the latest version of your web browser can improve performance and prevent errors and crashes.
Holidays: An issue relating to long sequential holidays is resolved.
Menu editor (new version): You can now view and remove customizations that were applied using the previous version of the menu editor.
Menu scheduler (new version): The preview page is updated to display internal menu names.
Products: Bottle deposits can now be customized by location.
Products: The product CSV template is improved to include more columns.
Products page: An issue is fixed when opening the custom field window.
Products page: Support is added for prices with three digits of precision to ensure various currencies display correctly.
Products page: You can now remove location-level product specifications.
Products page: You can now resync translations from the POS for products.
Special hours: An issue is resolved when entering special hours for a location from a different timezone.
Stores page: A new page is added to streamline the activation of stores. Find it by selecting Locations and then Stores in the sidebar.
Translations: An issue relating to overrides for translations is resolved.
