Visit the Payments page to view a list of your Deliverect Pay transactions.

Access the page
Select Deliverect Pay in the sidebar.
View payments
Payments are displayed for the locations you can access. The following information is provided:
Date: When the transaction took place.
Location: The Deliverect location.
Channel: The delivery platform.
Order: The Deliverect order for the payment.
Gateway: The payment gateway used for the payment (e.g, Adyen)
Method: How the customer paid (e.g., Visa).
Amount: The total charge for the order.
Customer: The customer's name.
Status: The payment's current status (Pending, Authorised, Refused, Refund requested, Refunded, Partially refunded, Failed, or Expired).
You can select the Filter button to find payments based on these criteria:

Location
Status

View additional details
Select the payment to find a breakdown of the payment.
Refund a payment
Step 1. If you need to make a full or partial refund, select the order and then choose the Refund button.
Step 2. Choose to refund the order total or a custom amount. Select the Refund button to confirm.
