Need to find the status of a menu push or a different action? Your Operation reports page provides you with all the information you need.
To find it, log in to your Deliverect account and select Operations in the sidebar.
Using filters
The following filters can be used to help you find the report(s) you need.
Operation type: Reports are broken down into different types. Read below for an explanation of each type.
Location: Choose reports from a specific channel.
Delivery channel: Choose a channel.
Status: The status defines if the operation was a success, failure, is queued, etc.
Operation start: The date range of reports to show.

Billing
When an update is made to your subscription or payment method
Bulk onboarding
When a payment profile is applied to channels. Information provided:
Deliverect employee who initiated the process
ID of the payment profile
IDs of the channels
Bulk user import
When importing users to your Deliverect account with a CSV file.
Busy mode
When changing your restaurant to Busy Mode: Information provided:
User who made the change
Channel
Preparation time (0 if Open and 999 if Close)
Busy Mode status (Open or Close).
Busy mode sync
When Deliverect synchronizes the Busy Mode to match a channel's status. Information provided:

When a channel is activated in your Deliverect account. Information provided:

Any warnings (e.g. products that couldn't be automatically linked)

A menu push may stay in a queued status for up to 30 minutes. This can occur when there is an unusually high amount of menu pushes from Deliverect.
Open store
When a store is opened from Deliverect. Information provided:

When a CSV file is uploaded to update products but has not yet been processed. Information provided:
