Need to find the status of a menu push or a different action? Your Operation reports page provides you with all the information you need.

To find it, log in to your Deliverect account and select Operations in the sidebar.

Using filters

The following filters can be used to help you find the report(s) you need.

  • Operation type: Reports are broken down into different types. Read below for an explanation of each type.

  • Location: Choose reports from a specific channel.

  • Delivery channel: Choose a channel.

  • Status: The status defines if the operation was a success, failure, is queued, etc.

  • Operation start: The date range of reports to show.

Operation types

Billing

When an update is made to your subscription or payment method

Bulk onboarding

When a payment profile is applied to channels. Information provided:

  • Deliverect employee who initiated the process

  • ID of the payment profile

  • IDs of the channels

Bulk user import

When importing users to your Deliverect account with a CSV file.

Busy mode

When changing your restaurant to Busy Mode: Information provided:

  • User who made the change

  • Channel

  • Preparation time (0 if Open and 999 if Close)

  • Busy Mode status (Open or Close).

Busy mode sync

When Deliverect synchronizes the Busy Mode to match a channel's status. Information provided:

  • Channel

  • Type of change (Open to Close, or vice-versa)

Channel activation

When a channel is activated in your Deliverect account. Information provided:

  • Channel

Channel deactivation

When a channel is deactivated in your Deliverect account. Information provided:

  • Channel

Close store

When a store is closed from Deliverect. Information provided:

  • User who initiated the closure

  • Channel

Courier update

When an update on the driver is received.

CSV product update

When products are updated using a CSV file. Information provided:

  • User who initiated the update

  • Operation start and end time

  • How many products are updated, skipped, failed, and created.

Export

When an export is created. Provides the download link.

Health check

When a health check is initiated. Information provided:

  • User who initiated the check.

Insert order

When an order is inserted into the POS. Only logged if Log Operations is activated for the location. Information provided:

  • Order ID

Menu API import

When a menu is imported using our API. Information provided:

  • External and internal menu name

  • Action

Menu import

When a menu has been imported from a channel. Information provided:

  • Channel used for the import

  • Any warnings (e.g. products that couldn't be automatically linked)

Menu publish

When a menu has been pushed (published/sent) to a channel. Information provided:

  • Channel

  • Menu name

A menu push may stay in a queued status for up to 30 minutes. This can occur when there is an unusually high amount of menu pushes from Deliverect.

Open store

When a store is opened from Deliverect. Information provided:

  • Channel

Order update

When an update has been made to an order. Information provided:

  • Order ID

Pending CSV product update

When a CSV file is uploaded to update products but has not yet been processed. Information provided:

  • User who initiated the update

  • Operation start and end time

  • How many products are updated, skipped, failed, and created.

Product sync

When products are synced from the POS. Information provided:

  • User who initiated the sync

  • POS

  • Any products inserted, updated, or deleted

Product sync preview

When a Product Sync Preview has been initiated. Information provided:

  • User who initiated the preview

  • POS

  • Any products that would be inserted, updated, or deleted

Snooze report

When products are snoozed/unsnoozed. Information provided:

  • Products

  • Type of action (snooze/unsnooze)

  • Snooze start and end

  • Channel(s)

Update holidays

When the holiday hours for a channel are changed. Information provided:

  • User who initiated the update

  • Channel

Update store opening hours

When the opening hours for a channel are changed. Information provided:

  • Channel
