Customize an Item for a Location or Channel

Follow the steps in this article to learn how to make changes to an item that will affect only specific locations or channels.

Step 1. Log in to your Deliverect account and select Menus in the sidebar.


Step 2. Select the menu that contains the item you want to customize.


Step 3. Select the item.


Step 4. Select the toggle icon and choose the Create option for the field you want to customize. Existing customizations are also selectable.


Step 5. Enter a name (e.g. Click and Collect) and choose the stores to use. Selecting Filter stores will allow you to choose locations, channels, and channel links. To limit this change to one or multiple order types, select Show order types.

Select the Save button once ready.


Step 6. Enter the value you want to use.


Step 7. Repeat this process for any additional fields you want to edit for this item. Multiple customizations can be created for one field.

Once ready, select the Save changes button.
