To add your DoorDash store to your Deliverect account, follow the steps below.
Step 1. Log in to your Deliverect account and select Home in the sidebar.
Step 2. Select the Add store button in the Expand your business section.
Step 3. Select the location and confirm its address. Select Next to proceed.
Step 4. Select DoorDash and then the Next button.
Step 5. Provide the web address of your DoorDash store by entering it into the Store URL field (this is optional and not required to proceed).
Select the Next button.
If you do not have a DoorDash account yet, select the Sign up button to create one.
Step 6. Select the Next button if you agree with the changes.
Step 7. You are now sent to DoorDash to log in to your account.
Step 8. Choose the store to connect to Deliverect and select the Next button.
Step 9. Choose which of your Deliverect menus you want to publish to DoorDash and select the Next button.
Step 10. You are now shown what will happen next. If you agree, activate the checkbox and select the Publish and activate button.
Step 11. Your store is now validated. Select the Done button to go to your Locations page.
New DoorDash accounts are activated automatically. You will receive an automated email from DoorDash confirming your store is live.
Potential reasons for a failed activation are:
Banking information not provided
Your store is detected as being potentially fraudulent and requires additional documentation
