Discover how customers scored their orders directly inside your Deliverect account. With a single click, view the order that received the rating.
This article is updated for the new Deliverect interface. To find this page on the previous version, go to Dashboard in the sidebar and select the Reviews tab. All accounts will be switched to the new interface soon.
To access, select the Analytics option in the sidebar and then Reviews.
Utilize the filters at the top of the page to limit the reviews shown to you based on location(s), channel(s), or timeframe. If no filters are active, reviews from all locations and channels are displayed.
All of the reviews that meet the criteria of your filter(s) are presented in this table and provide the following info:
Rating: Scored out of 5.
Received: When the review was submitted.
Location: The location that received the review.
Selecting the View Order button will take you to the specific order on the Orders page.
