Show a list of recommend additional products to your customers when they are viewing their basket. AI analyses your menu and previous orders to provide the most compelling products.

Step 1. Log in to Direct Suite. In the sidebar, select Upsells and then Basket upsells.

Step 2. Activate the Enable AI suggestions toggle.

Step 3. In the sidebar, select Kiosk and then Settings.

Step 4. Select the Open kiosk back-office button.

Step 5. In the sidebar, select Marketing and then Settings.

Step 6. Set the Activate upsell API setting to Yes and select the SAVE button. AI upsells are now configured for your kiosk.
