You can build and download reports containing the data of your Reclaim account. This can then be used in external applications.
Reclaim is only available in North America for locations using DoorDash or Grubhub. To request a demo, contact our support team or your Deliverect account manager.
Step 1. Log in to Reclaim and select 
Download Reports in the sidebar.
Step 2. At the top of the page, choose the locations, channels, and date range.
Step 3. Choose which data you want to download by selecting checkboxes from each dashboard.
Select the download format to be a PDF file or an Excel sheet. To retain these settings for future downloads, select the Save download settings checkbox.
You can choose to view and download the report immediately or set up a schedule.
View and download the report
Select 
Generate Report 
and then 
Open Report 
. The report will open in a new tab and prompt you to save it.
Schedule the report
Select the Schedule Report button.
Configure the schedule:
Schedule Name: Enter a descriptive name for the report.
Add Emails: Enter an email address. Press Space on your keyboard to add more.
Frequency: Choose whether the report should be sent daily, weekly, or monthly.
Mail Body Message: By default, a template is used for the email body. Alternatively, select the Custom button to write your own.
Set initial date: Choose when to send the first report.
Once ready, select Schedule Report.
By visiting the Scheduled Reports tab, you can edit or disable scheduled reports.
